Welcome to the Department of Alternative Transportation Modes (ATM) website!

Our department serves the public by providing convenient travel to residents and visitors through the administration of the Collier Area Transit (CAT) bus system; serves the economically and physically disadvantaged community through administration of the Transportation Disadvantaged system; our Landscape section constructs and maintains landscaping on the major roadways of the community with stately palms, flowering trees and shrubs; and provides administration of a funding mechanism for private roads, stormwater and / or beautification landscaping of local public or private roads through administration of Municipal Services Taxing Units (MSTU's).
